1. Custom Orders
All VANTYX APPAREL pieces are made-to-order and custom-fitted to your measurements. By submitting a consultation request, you agree to provide accurate measurements and design preferences. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client.
2. Payment & Deposits
A deposit is required to begin production on any custom order. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be confirmed during your consultation. Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
3. Production Timeline
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, fabric sourcing, and demand. We will communicate any changes to your timeline promptly. VANTYX APPAREL is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Design changes and cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of order confirmation. Once production begins, changes may result in additional costs or may not be possible.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of VANTYX APPAREL. Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
